Bought loads of stuff and never a problem - until now. Paid £140 by bank transfer and all comms appeared OK. However now no goods 3 weeks later. When I ring hangs up straight away and no reply to emails etc...
When I use another mobile rings a bit longer but still hangs up. Up until then I had hoped he was sick indisposed etc but it does not look good!
I guess the system is open to abuse and it is always a risk and I can live without the money but still irks!!!
Anyway vented a bit here, if you are reading this and you are the guilty party then please feel free to call me a tosser and give me my money back! 😡

I have all details apart from address, I wonder if bank account and phone number is enough... Worth a try I suppose!
Threatened police if no reply in 24 hours, hopefully they will sort it out as really dont want to go down that route.

Have now reported him to the police, will be interesting to see their position on it.

the intersting thing is the police said it was a civil dispute until they heard about the hanging up on the phone when i rang, then it became deception.
