left shoulder has clicked for as long as I can remember, not all the time just occasionally.
Was out log collecting in the autumn as carried some pretty big logs/branched/tree stumps and hurt my shoulder in the process. Now shoulder doesnt seem to click anymore and has been sore on an off ever since. It now kind of grinds when I rotate it. Any idea what I have done, and can you go see a Physio without getting referred from your GP?
I am guessing full on karate training twice a week and weights sessions arent helping....

You might be able to see a NHS physio without going to your GP if your local physio dept has a self-referral scheme.
I have no idea what you've done to your shoulder.
