Needing to find a new tent and wondering if anyone knows of any deals just now?
3 of us but would like a 4-man that you can stand up in with an area where you could sit and stay dry if it was wet. Would be good if sleeping space could be split into 2x2-man sleeping spaces as well.
Being tight I don't want to spend more than £180, anyone got any recommendations please?

I just got a Vango Tempest from Blacks for £84, that's a bargain.
They must have some deals on what you're looking for.
Regatta Varna 4 is looking good and just within budget via Amazon...will have another look at Decathlon and see what I missed previous, thanks.
The Burghers is probably good but the air piles are a new thing that adds a lot to the tent and also doesn't seem as big as the others (but is the most weatherproof)
had the berghaus for a weekend but sent it back after pitching in the garden and realising that 4 berth wouldn't fit our 4 airbeds. The tent itself was lovely though, went up nice and easy and fit back into the bag (which was a first). It was bloody big/heavy though
Decathlon Arpenaz 5.2 XL appears to be what 'we' are now looking at...the Vango looked very good, has a large living space BUT, the door and side of tent cuts into this space so it is 8.1m2 on the floor but not at head height. The Arpenaz 5.2 XL appears to have this space from floor to roof...seems to be a huge piece of kit to lug around (especially in a Fiesta with all other camping gear and clothing/food!).
Suspect it'll be getting bought in the next day or so.

You are not wrong! Pack size is just as big as our 7 man steel poled tent.
Surely EBay? For that money you'd get a great (barely used) tent or a reasonable full set up. We paid around £200 (IIRC) for two big 8 man tents plus all the accessories (tables, stove, shelving, air beds, sleeping bags, lights etc.

Afraid that tent is too big, I genuinely would need to buy a new car to fit that, 3 bodies, supplies, clothing and bikes in and on a Fiesta!

Go outdoors have some good deals and have done some nice things for the mtb world (£60k towards trail building in sheffield, sponsoring mayhem etc) so for that alone I'd buy from them.
