[Closed] Another ipod question

I have an ipod connection in the car which makes the stereo think the ipod is the CD changer. So, if I select CD 1 to 5 what I actually get is playlist 1 to 5 on the Ipod (CD6 is the whole ipod or 'whatever is playing now' if the stereo is turned off and on again).

That's fine, but I've now got Genius turned on and it's pretty cool. Is it possible in some cunning way using smart playlists to create a playlist that takes the current song and creates a new genius list (so I can treat the CD5 button as pressing the Genius button)?
