I have work and personal profiles on my Samsung, but it appears to be a feature of Android Enterprise which I also have because my device is managed. A nice feature in this is the ability to turn off all the work apps with a button press.
My wife has a Pixel 4 and they don't use Android Enterprise at work (yeah I know). But she wants to be able to do the same thing and disable all the work apps. Is it possible to get this ability on stock Android? Could this be done on another Samsung device with Knox even if you don't have Enterprise?
You can definitely do it on Samsung devices. Most of the Chinese brands (Xioami etc) will let you set up separate personal / work profiles too. Be wary of Huawei if she's buying new and needs Google apps, the last phones to get that support were the P30 and Mate 20 Pro.
