any reccomendations for an android phone for around £200?
My san fran 2 is a bit slow and laggy.

wishlist is...
half decent phone camera (8MP+)
reasonably quick (1Gb ram, dual core processor ideally)
Half decent battery life
jellybean or 4.2, though I can root.
4.5"+ screen
16Gb internal but SD card compatible too.
as I say, wishlist, and it needs to be new as it's on an insurance claim as I had an old phone nicked.
anything worth a look?
Aliexpress are doing Galaxy S2's for around £150 new. Bargain.
The Nexus 4 is lovely
Can't recommend my N4 enough. Expensive if not bought through Google though, don't know if you can wangle that on insurance? Doesn't have the micro SD capabilities however!
Nexus 4 is very good. Been super happy with mine.
Nexus 4 all day long. It'll be £260 by the time you get a bumper and postage but well worth it. 8gb hd ain't great,leaves you with about 5gb to play with out of the box, but everything gets uploaded to box and drive and google music streams my Itunes library via 3g. I'm on 3 payg and it's £15 a month with unlimited data, so that helps.
Ostensibly, you want a £500 phone for £200. As do we all.
As others have said, the N4 is worth a punt (if my N7 is indicative of how awesome the N4 is).
Might be worth looking at what the latest San Fran replacement is, too.
If you're sticking with Android - Motorola Razr I is as far as you need to look.
Fast and with an excellent battery life.
If you want a life away from Android then the Nokia Lumia 620 or 720 depending on which features you want (620 Nokia Drive+, 720 just plain Drive but the 729 has the better battery life).
WinPho 8 is excellent BTW.

Another Razr i fan, decent screen size but doesn't feel like you are carrying a tablet around with you.
Another nexus 4 fan. I switched from an iPhone and I'm very impressed indeed. Paired with an unlimited data tariff from 3 it does everything I want it to and more.
If you can't stretch to the N4 look at the Acer Cloud Mobile at Expansys, a lot of phone for £170
Where is a good place to buy android/chinese phones? I'd like to get hold of an iocean x7 but don't fancy the risk of import duties from aliexpress etc?
