Has anyone ever worked long-term in Amsterdam? I would imagine not great for mtbing but what about the other aspects?

I don't live in Amsterdam, but in Den Haag, so questions related to the city I can't answer but if you have any general questions about The Netherlands then I'll do my best.
Where are you thinking of moving from?
