Should I just call BT, or is there an easy way of solving this online? I've been trawling the net and not managed to find any kind of answer ๐Ÿ™

Hola on chrome works here in Austria.
It does freeze sometimes but just restart it.

Also possible you have malware on your pc redirecting your web traffic through a vpn/ip address

Have you noticed an increase in dodgy ads?
