Is there an app to allow me to access mp3 and avi files from a USB plugged into my Homehub2?

On the pc it just shows up as BThub and allows me to browse the files in windows explorer. The file manager type apps let me browse phone files, but not files on wifi networks.

any way to do this?

It's a San Fran 2/ZTE crescent running CM9.

ta

+1 for ES File Explorer - the best I have found.

The trick will be finding out how the drive is shared/made available on the Homehub - I'd guess an SMB/Windows shared drive - do you access it with a drive letter ?

+1 for ES again to see stuff on my NAS, which is plugged into my router.

Copy, or just play?

My phone came with a DNLA client, which is the media file sharing protocol thingy that most stuff uses. Dunno if it's widely available, but you can search for it in the play store.

For a DLNA client, Skifta would take some beating - it is very easy to use.
