i took mine to gay paris, for a long weekend,
eurostar, nice little hotel, up the eifel tower, posh patisseries, montmatre, louvre them chicks love that sh!t

She doesn't drive and doesn't like heights, doesn't really do Posh 😕 Wine tasting would probably turn into a drunken fest so will be added to my list of ideas...
Thought about a weekend away, seems the most logical thing to do. Wife likes the outdoors so did wondered about a trip to Snowdonia and doing something like that to mark the event, but a romantic break maybe a safer bet???
