Got a £71.93 balance with those last two items and it still won't apply. This is always my experience with these ebay vouchers, I dunno why I keep trying!

Is your Ebay account registered in the UK? It probably won't work if it is set to another country.
Nah, it's a standard UK one, works fine for normal buying/selling. Oddness. Well, with a workaround I guess I don't care too much, just got to remember for next time as this does seem to be the norm for me.
