That's OK, it's a fairly random time i set it for, but i'm not as keen as some of you lot for the evening ones as it eats into my family time and i prefer to do them outside of that. No biggy. I'll take a bike out at lunchtime.

I couldn't have made today anyway, I'll hopefully be outside on my new carbon Canyon 😀

Count me in for a Sunday am ride though @Dangeourbrain, and hopefully no vomiting dog this time.

Thank you again weeksy.

I've sent invites for Sunday morning hills if anyone fancies - i'll duplicate last weeks so in theory if you had an invite then you'll get one shortly. If not and you want to join again shout up.

8.30 on Sunday, innsbruck, achterbahn.

Was going to bale today as hammy still a bit sore after last nights ride.  I’ll have a ‘recovery beer' at that time instead 🙂

Back outside Saturday but if the legs are willing, I’ll get myself dragged over the big hill again sunday. Ta for the invite.

or doing the Stage 4 of the Tour for All
having not done any of these tours before, I did ToW & TdZ earlier this year & am now struggling to see the point of them 😂 If there was a competition aspect (e.g. collating everyones' times to work out a virtual GC or something) or an in-game aspect (e.g. 100k drops for completing all events) then I'd do it... as it stands it just seems to make those events really busy and thin out all the "proper" regular races a bit!! (What I'm saying is, do the STW ride 😃)

My time up the Innsbruck climb reverse is 37 minutes - I don't think anyone else will be that slow! :). My time up the other side is 32 minutes however that was on my old wheel on turbo which over reported the power by 10% so although I am quicker now I might not beat my previous time.

But...I am in 🙂 send an invite over Dangeourbrain

Robbo you will be fine as I am riding too and certainly won't be going too fast up the hill, I've never done this one yet, so there will be company in the slow crew 😉

Thanks Dangeourbrain for the commute club ride this morning, I decided to do another 17km afterwards round the Innsbruckring to complete my Ceramic mission. Legs are buzzing nicely now.

See you all Sunday

Sorry for not getting back to you Weeksy about today's ride....the weather is so nice that I think I'm gonna hit the road.

Dangeourbrain - might be up for Sunday although it's my birthday so was planning on having a lazy one....

@dangeourbrain sadly I can't normally make the weekend ones - my Zwift setup is at work in a spare office at the mo 😂 hence I normally do the weekday evening ones!!

I'm dangeourbrain stw on Zwift, I'll drop you an invite once you are.

@zilog I have no problem with you going into the office for 8.30am on a Sunday. 😉

I've no idea what the route is like to be honest, I've not done any of the innsbruck routes before.

Still, head down, pedal, and so long as I'm done in time to make Mrs brain breakfast it'll be reet.

Yes up both sides, it looks like a world of pain...

Yes both sides I did little lookup, I like to see where I am going when I've not done a route before 🙂 and they say...

This roller coaster of a route hits the KOM and sprint in both directions. Start with a reverse ascent of the Igls climb before looping into
town and then climbing up to Igls again in the forward direction.

Be good and earn my delivery Sunday Lunch that's coming.... 🙂

They are doing that near us too but I just dont fancy it. Im not a big fan of sunday roasts out because I have never found anywhere that can do roasts potatoes as good.

I reckon if I can average 250w (about 270w) on the climbs then I should be able to complete the Achterbahn route in about 1hr 50mins! Quite looking forward to it for some bizarre reason!

It will be the. first time we have tried it so be interesting how it comes and the quality etc....

I reckon if I keep with your with average I won't make the end :). But we will see I am looking forward to it but ended up doing more riding today than I thought I would so expect to be in a world of pain at times.

I don't see myself doing that pace, unless I'm pulled by the group. If I drop off the back I'll just do a solo run...i don't want to hold everyone back.

Lets see how it goes, I might surprise myself, I've wanted to do the innsbruck hill for quite a while but never got round to it

That pace will only be 2.8 w/kg as I am a hefty unit so you might be quicker.

@oop north similar I'd not be able to sustain that wattage over that distance 🙂 now 2.8 w/kg that seems more possible, anyway we will see how we go tomorrow, I did ok last week should be fun, probably more so when it's done and on reflection 🙂

Reluctantly opting out this morning as need to get on with my ebay clear out and didn’t get as much done yesterday as I wanted to. If I ride I know I won’t be up to much later. Thanks for the invite.

I’m having a day off as well. Big MTB ride yesterday and my legs are not hill friendly this morning. To be honest they are not even ‘flat friendly’.

I do need to get that route ticked off, be good to hear how it went.

4 seconds of doing the 2nd climb on 30 minutes. That’s annoying. Cheers for organising and waiting for me. Good ride that. Chill for the rest of the day now!

That hurt...really hurt! And that last sharp hill in the town took everything I had to get up it.
Was great guys, legs are now buzzing! Thinking next week I'd like to try 3 sisters, it needs ticking off.

Now a day of DIY ahead...yayy!

Sounds like a fair plan.

I might do something horrible and go for 4 horsemen for the Bank Holiday weekend. I will not be hammering any of the climbs on that.
