I'm in the market for a new FS bike and THINK its narrowed down to the 3 bikes in the title, all at around £2k (an alternative is a 2nd hand IBIS Mojo) What would you go for ?

Those Whytes are apparently completely out for 2016, so that should help you narrow things down

All are 2015 models and there seem to be plenty of them about with a healthy discount. I can't bear paying full price

I'll add these to my list of bikes for consideration! how about a Canyon Nerve 9.9 at £2199?

Whyte T129. I've got the '15 SCR Works version and it's the best bike I've ever owned. It's handled everything I've thrown at it, from the Scott Monster Marathon to the blacks on an uplift weekend at BPW. It does everything I want it to, and it does it very well. Easy enough to manual and play, but long TT and steep ST make climbing easy and descending enjoyable.

Yes, you can have lighter builds or more travel but as an all rounder I think it nails it. It seem's to get fantastic reviews everywhere.

I've covered over 3,000 miles since I got it in June and the bearings are still fine despite some rubbish weather. The paint has also lasted well and the weight is pretty good.

The one thing that isn't fantastic is rear tyre clearance, but I've found my holly grail tyre, Maxxis Beaver 2.25 EXO, and it fits with plenty of mud clearance.

The only bike I'd sell this for would be a carbon version.

Thanks, not thought of Canyon despite having been to their factory shop a few times.
I had veered towards the Cannondale but....

Hard to argue with the half price Cannondale... unless Lefty puts you off I guess.

Decision made then! 🙂

All great bikes though - don't think you can go wrong really.
