I've got three sets of wheels, one frame (now).
Wondering which to take to the Alps and which to keep and which to sell....
Spank ozzy rims on CK hubs rim is 25mm wide
Sun singletrack rims hope Pro 2 hubs, rim is 30mm wide
Mavic 729 rims, hope pro 2 hubs. Rim is 36mm wide.
The 729's seem indestructible but very heavy to pedal, sunn rims seem fine too, spank rims seen too light but have proved to be pretty bomb proof when they were on my hardtail.
One set has to go to the Alps, which one though?
Old fashioned 26" retro stuff BTW.
