Might be worth giving Orange a shout. I'm sure I've seen them do a polished full suss frame of some description.

Stripping the paint and polishing it isn't too bad to do, although time consuming. I'd definitely recommend lacquring though as it's a pain to keep shiny otherwise.

My local powdercoaters have just started doing aqua-beading, which removes paint but doesn't leave marks on the metal like media blasting does. Might be worth looking in to. Will try and find their number for you.

Try a motorbike forum (Harley Davidson etc), they tend to be big on polishing. You can get kits to do it yourself relatively cheaply, with drill mounted bits to take make it easier. From having done it in the past, its the nooks & crannies that take time. Getting tubes up to mirror finish takes no time at all. Lacquering will dull it, but make it last. I'd leave it to see how long it lasts. The rear end on my Ventana is polished & lasts well enough after if done once/twice a year.
And it wants chemically stripping, not blasting of any kind as that will take ages to polish up. Make sure you stress this as some will do it thinking its to be powder coated.
