As per title really....Just wondering like. The last I heard, they were running a B&B/Bunkhouse in the CyB (Dolgellau?) area. I used to really like the occasional quirky atmosphere of the cafe at CyB when they were running it 🙂

I have vague memories of seeing a Diamond Back Axis TT titantium mountain bike in Maclaine's Cyclces Wolverhampton with Sian Roberts namr on it when she was a sponsored rider, but I've been wrong before.
I do however have a very good recollection of huge tasty slabs of cheese on toast/rarebit and barra brith in Sian and Daffyd's cafe at Coed y Brenin back in the day. The new cafe is not even close to the simple post ride pleasures of cheese on toast, cake and tea.
That'll be the other Dafydd - the one who trail builds. IIRC Sian and Dafydd Roberts sold Plas Isa in Dolgellau and now run/ did run Beic Betws in Betws-y-Coed. But yes, at the risk of a major reminisce, the days of the old CyB cafe are still missed 😥

Yeah, I remember the staff playing a 'name that actor' game in there during a mid-week - FWIR, customers participated....Sian was quite bonkers 😀at the risk of a major reminisce, the days of the old CyB cafe are still missed
