That price has come down in the years that it's been on the market! I think both that and Ferndale (the house and accommodation in the middle of the trail centre) are both permanently for sale and they're just waiting for the right rich mountain biker to wander in and say "oh yes please!"

Think the owners wanted to move back to Shropshire / Midlands and trade antiques - thing is if I bought it, I'd be out riding all the time.....

Is this the same one? If so, closed for a couple of dates so make sure you're not there and expect a cuppa when they're closed.

Easily my favourite cafe on a trail.

Although the last few times i've passed it was closed, probably for the above reason...

Doesn't seem as open as it used to be, last few times I've ridden past it's been all shut up.
