little spanners for bleeding my shimano brakes. I keep losing them before i can use them. End up buying another and losing that before i can do the bleed. Last time i bled the brakes i used a tiny cable tie and a pair of pliers to achieve what i wanted
I've bought 5 now!

tyres, both types.

a pile of 26" maxxis and Conti's that I can't give away.

Spare tyre around the mid riff that's proving equally difficult to shift.

Mavic rims - counted last night and have 13 spare rims from the heady days of v brakes - 517's, 519's, 521s and even a pair of 618's.
Also stems. And bars. And grips. And front mechs. And flat pedals.

handle bars, (rubbish) tyres, frames*

Broken rear lights. No idea why I keep them.
ditto

*It's not so much that I have a surplus of frames, more that I've already filled my (quite generous) agreed quota of bikes, so they are more ladies in waiting til I fancy a change and swap bits onto them and stash frames currently in use

Lots of part worn ODI Ruffians.

Also lots of old E13 chainrings. And massive bash guards.

I should probably just chuck them all in the bin. They are never going to be used again.

Forks - I have a pair of 36 Van RC2's, Z1 anniversay, Z1 MCR, Z3 light and an old pair of Stratos FR4's all kicking around the garage.

I have loads of lcok on grips too - mainly due to changing colour themes!

I also hoard dead HTII BB's...no idea why.

there is but with CRC knocking out XT BB's at a tenner a shot it's difficult to justify financially.

I just cleared our spare garage. It consisted of a box mountain, then a tyre mountain hiding another tyre mountain, then there's the very sexy but front only collection of 700c wheels......I think I counted over 30 tyres.............why???

Up until December I had 12x 9 speed rear mechs lying around my room

Frames, at least 2 surplus, but don't want to sell as both are lovely to ride and v-brake only so worth nearly nothing.

Rim brake road wheels - at least 3 spare sets, tempted to put disc hubs on them but they're all silly narrow

That BB collection... awesome and yet mildly disturbing!

Front Mechs, rear mechs, SLX brakesets, 10spd transmission, 9 sped transmission, gloves, base layers, long sleeve tops, short sleeve tops, SPD shoes, tyres, tools. It's just everything really. Except bikes. I only have 5 of those (with 1 coming) and you'd have to be some kind of screaming mentalist to suggest that's too many.

And that's just in the big bike shed. I'm basically in denial about the contents of the loft.

Pretty much everything that's already been listed, I have too much of...A taster;
26" Tyres - around 50
Frames - into double figures
Wheels- mix of 29, 26 & old rims - gawd knows how many, they're all on a suspended piece of copper pipe that's about 6ft long...It's full !
worn out or half worn bike bits - Two big boxes
6 tool boxes - 3 are mine, the others I inherited.
5 sealant guns - Could never find one, so would buy a new one, in my defence, they're all different colours...well, the 3 that I can find are ..

Oh, & the paint trays you get when you buy a paint roller,'bout 20 of them !

I could go on..
