Which ones have the best performance boost? How many packs would you take into the mud?

Jelly Babies. Haribo, especially the Tangfastics, lack the easy chewability of a true sports food.

There's only one Haribo, the tangfastic, but as others have suggested, it's not quite right for the emergency "I must have sugar now" fix. Not a big fan of jelly babies, too many make me sick.

Tangfastics are the winner, all these big jessies complaining about actually having to chew them, they are sweets, not energy gels!

wine gums are awesome.
But have you tried maynards wine pastilles?

They are super tasty and chewable.

Haribo multipacks have cola - roulette in them - pretty good.

Incidentally...

What is that green thing supposed to be - and look at the expression on it's face!

Tropical haribo from Aldi does it for me! Along with the sultana & apricot individually wrapped flapjack. 😀

Wine gums or jelly babies here. I must say the jelly beans sound rather good though - although I'd probably eat them all on the way there......
