Yes, not the lightest build (a fair bit heavier than what they replaced) but really do roll very nicely indeed. Width seems to work very well with 25c tyres too. Also Shimano cup and cone hubs, beautifully smooth, well worth any perceived extra maintenance hassle!

Look good too...

[img] [/img]

The postman did bring me the hubs fairly recently so not entirely OT 🙂

Nope. Apparently the 20mm hub cannot be converted. Only 15mm to QR and vice versa.

Back can be but front cant. We have both 20mm and 15mm hubbed wheels in the garage, depending on which bike/forks are used but will be moving the 20mm Lyriks on now my new ones have arrived. Great wheels and hubs though.

New wheelset to finish the build! WTB I35's on ProIIs. They've been signed for by the next door neighbors. This evenings task is setting them up tubeless and then onto the gears and brakes.

Today fed ex (does that count as the postman?) delivered a beautiful Lauf fork with its excessive 60mm travel, in matte black.

No piccies.Just a trai of drool to the workshop where it got trimmed to length ready for testing.

Two £35 kindles for the kids for Xmas, a new Pebble time for me for my birthday, and a schwalbe Durano plus for the commuter. I had to go and pick up my repaired wheel myself. Deuter backpack came yesterday.

Got a gilet and some wheels still in transit.

I'm loving commuting by bike again, I feel like the bit in fight club where he walks out of the office with his computer in a trolley. The wife is letting me buy all kinds of stuff.
