Few of us Biking in the Peaks , looking to stay in Hayfield or there abouts , any recommendations.

The Royal and the Sportsman have dated accomodation.
The George is apparently better as is the Lantern Pike in Little Hayfield.

This place gets decent reviews, pretty sure that the lady who runs it is one here, or at least was.

Good food in the George, not stayed there though. Chinese food up the road at the Grouse in Birch Vale. Nom. Maybe look for a bunkhouse or similar if there's a few of you?
