If so what do you use and how do you get it in?
Also I have heard that people say they prefer to carry a sealant to use to inflate with should you get a puncture whilst out. What do you use?

I use slime in my Pugsley. To get it in I made sure the tubes I purchased had removeable valve cores. Remove cores and pour in slime, simples
