Hi, I’ve got a 2019 trek remedy and noticed abit of play in the back end.
I’m getting the wheel bearings replaced as first action, but whilst stripping the rear end I noticed when the nuts are tightened up again there is still a gap between the chain stay and seat stay. Is this normal?
Looking at Trek diagrams there is a spacer but this appears to be only for carbon models (this is carbon frame with alu rear end)?
I’d upload a photo, no idea how to
Any help appreciated

need a bit more Ricko... i'm not exactly an expert in these, but i do own a full carbon EX9.8 to compare.
I use flickr for pics, if you want, ping me a message and i'll send my email and you can mail the pic and i'll host... but any free hosting software should do
