Watched Everest last might and now watching pro riders falling off their bikes - making me very nervous about two of my favourite sports,

Front wheel skid??? Scary.

Navarro must be injured as it's reported he's abandoned. Bardet has a gap on Froome and could be on the podium if it holds

They mentioned a slice across Navarros knee, I didn't see it though

Froome on a team mates bike apparently.

GT's bike apparently, round chain rings, that'll feel odd i'd imagine.

Hopefully the adrenaline keeps him going up the rest of the climb...

A touch of the commentator curse 'he only needs to stay upright' which is what has been said over the past couple of days.

The bike is Geraint Thomas' apparently. Mollema behind the MJ group, Yates in that group

Bit of a bike size difference probably won't help i guess?

Sounds chaotic - can't wait to watch later!

Costa had a big slide on the line that bought Froome down too, nasty.

Navarro seemed to be holding two sides of a gash together on his shin. Maybe one of those newfangled disc brake rotors.

I'm not writing Angryfroomedog off for this yet.

Bardet - fair game

Great team work from sky, with froome for bike change and working him back ... He's going to take time I think on all his rivals

Epic ๐Ÿ™‚

C'mon Romain, this tour has been lacking in 90's rave music!

Looking better for Yates if he hangs on, as Mollema is behind the group after a fall...

This is bloody brilliant!

I'm also pleased to report that Bacardi 8 on ice is not bad. Nor is the Tribute that's new in the fridges.

Hic.

Quintana moving up too, if you're going to attack yellow the day he crashes and is riding the wrong bike is the day to do it. 3km to go.

Brilliant day to have off work

I can assure you I'm very much enjoying this at work with my iPad in front of me!

Aru has attacked, Porte up top, Froome and Nairo follow.

Aru has such a horrible pedalling style.

Bit of a split here and Froome isn't the right side of it, he could lose a few seconds here.

good stage that shook up the GC and the first signs of weakness from froome all be it on the wrong bike after a crash

How the hell did he manage that?! Froome is a machine!

Froome loses about 12secs to Quintana, Yates has probably held on to third overall with Romain Bardet in second but depends on the gap between Quintana and Yates - 30 seconds according to TdF site.

Not sure it is weakness if he only looses a few seconds on the wrong bike after a crash - pretty epic display i reckon
