What's the tool this mech is using @ 1.17

I'm guessing it's this one?

Very similar but it looks like the (cheaper) Ritchey Torqkey.

There are similar tools available from other manufacturers if you're not into blue.

Bit pricey - the Blue being £32, Ritchey £18

Never had one before, thought it would be good to have, but wondering if I need it now

I have one of the cheap(ish) little torque wrenches that Wiggle/CRC/PlanetX/others sell under various names and does 2-24Nm and comes with a load of hex sockets for about £30. Comes in useful for other small fasteners with different torque settings.

You really need an adjustable as there are so many differing spec bolts on a bike

Even a stem (Thomson) has 2 settings for bars and steerer bolts...
