Anybody been up on any of the big rides around aviemore and the likes?. Anybody had ago at the Burma Road or Laiarig Ghru or over at feshie yet? If so what were the conditions like? and anything you could recommend?
Secondly, best thing to get your fitness up for XC biking, anybody got any fitness regimes, good food idea's etc. ?

looks gorgeous but windy and colder weather returning middle of week--make the most of it if you`re up there.
Not sure about Aviemore, but just back from a trip over Mount Keen. Weather was ace and next to no snow around.
Would post a few photo's up but not sure how to.
