If any takers for tomorrow I'll be at the Edale layby circa 10.30. I wont be in a rush to set off as Im on the old sauce tonight 🙄

fair enough, though i'm not fussed for Pindale, it doesn't really add much to a ride. and which layby? i'm confused. the one Sheffield side or the one Manchester side of edale?

The one at the very end of Jacobs Ladder- just before you emerge onto the road, over the bridge and onto Edale station.

Is there a official name for it? Ive always called it the "save£5layby"

Is it called Barber Booth?

Carry on driving (as if you are going to the steep climb upto Jacobs Ladder)- You will go under a Viaduct then...bingo.

Sherwoods too far for me. I cant drive through the lovely Peaks to get to there.

It would be like entering a glitzy party and pushing past Sandra Bullock to get to that streg Kate Moss.

sherwood's really bad at the mo, cut up really deep.
oh and they're felling trees in the first half of the kitchener anyway.
probably best to leave it a few weeks

ah, i though you were asking me for a specific time when it was going to snow.

midweek adventure sounds fun as long as i can get back home from work in time
