[Closed] Setup Guide for 5th Element Shock

I've just bought a 2005 Santa Cruz Heckler with a 5th Element coil Shock, I've had quick google search but don't really know what I'm looking for as I don't know how much the shocks have changed and don't want incorrect information.

can anyone either point me to an on-line setup guide or send me a pdf (or similar) version? Thanks.
