If your LBS isn't too good at getting parts in stock, where's the best place to go? At the moment, I need some mech hangers, and carbon fibre chainstays for a Scott Genius 20, 2009 model.

You're going to have to find a better LBS as many of the manufacturers will only supply parts to their dealers. Trouble is a lot do this through importers who often are poor at keeping the stock flowing. My LBS is pretty good, they order the parts when they say they will and usually get them quickly unless the importer has f*c*ed up, trouble is if that's the case no one else will be able to get them either.
