I have to admire the complete stranglehold that T Sky appear to have of Tdf. But every time, the camera cuts back to the front of the peloton I get this creepy feeling. The black outfits, non-emotional faces, rigid discipline etc remind me of SS troops - silly I know, but still slightly sinister. I dont think the adidas stripes help as they have a military type appearance too (no other link intended there BTW).
