I am in the south croydon/caterham area for a couple of days and wondered if it was worth taking the bike.Anyone got any xc routes for about 1 to 2 hours worth recommending ?
when? do you have lights? I try a south of croydon night ride once a week if you want to join. I don't have any set routes though. Definitely worth taking the bike, there are loads of trails around, especially around Woldingham.
Definetly take your bike, some great xc to be had, aim for woldingham and north downs way as leggyblonde suggests, you can link up a lot of bridlepaths and singletrack from riddlesdown, fairleigh, chelsham, woldingham, chaldon and caterham.
