Reading the other thread on learning the basics, I'm thinking a skills course would be a great birthday present for me. Anyone know of any near Stockport, I'm willing to travel, free rail travel for me too so any near railway stations too.

I travelled to Jedi from Oldham. It's worth a few hours in the car.
I've had a session with Ed Oxley (Great Rock) over Hebden way. I would recommend him.
Jedi is worth the journey but alliancemtb isn't too far away.
