as titled i have been given a box of 25 sis go bars that are about a year out of date
they should be fine.....right??? 😕

They're pretty much pure sugar, so should be fine.

I have a box of Torq bars that went out of date in 2006 and they're still absolutely fine.

I've got some that are out of date too so my advice would be to carry on and gobble them up quick . . . . then let me know how it pans out for you. Thanks
