I've come round a corner at speed to see a moose on the side of the trail, about 2m from me, thankfully it was pointing the other direction.
I like to think i left at a greater speed than i arrived.
I've also been chased by a wild boar, thankfully i was approaching the top of a long fast descent.
(Both within 10km of home...)
