Evening...got a 09 Marin Mount Vision 5.8 which I really like...recently I've discovered the joys of running the RP32 open and it's transformed the downhilling of the bike (or made me go faster).

Saying that I don't think all is perfect - with the propedal on the bike feels fine, with it off, I'm sure I'm bottoming out a few times but the suspension also feels wallowy (if that can be a descriptor?).

I've read the book and I've no idea what to do to adjust it to make it fell better - I think the firmness is set to 3 and I sometimes feel as though it's skipping over stuff rather than moving over stuff (I suspect my forks also need a seeing to) - not sure if rebound needs tweaking or what.

Can someone pleas give me some easy-to-understand instructions on how to set it up - I'm about 78Kgs (naked) and the rear has 190psi in it...I think I'm closer to 86Kg in my riding kit. Sag seems to be about right but it just feels a bit odd at times.

Actually let me widen this request - how do I set up my fork as well? Fox F120 RL with about 80psi in it - I think at times the rebound is very fast and other times as though it is wallowing in it's travel instead of getting me moving (going down a flight of stairs where the edge of the steps has a depressions in front of it not very fast would cause issues on the fork - not serious ones but not make it as smooth as I think it could be).

Thanks.
