I have some new roam 50 wheels. They come with an inner tube and tubeless ready tyres. If I remove the tube, put in a tubeless valve and add stans fluid are they ready to go? or do I need to remove the existing plastic rim tape and replace with stans rim tape?
any idea?

I have some Rail 50 wheels that came the same as yours. Just put a little Stans under the valve to help sealing. Do yours have black/dark grey tape? If so they are fine. The valves have removable cores as well, so easier to get the latex in. Should have a little plastic tool to remove them. They also have a little rubber "O" ring that is a nice touch.
