The forestry commission came along and destroyed a load of the trails in the local forest this week.

It's a shame as I got to know the pixes well since the summer and have helped out with some of the newer trails, but now all of their hard work has been ruined by the forestry commission.

The trails were out of the way from the usual paths and were built from fallen wood so nothing was cut down.

We haven't been there much recently as been so muddy so we have been going to Peaslake but they were great fun in the dryer months.

"built from fallen wood"

Forestry seem to be hate anything built, especially structures.

Stick to basic tracks through the forest and for the most part they get let alone.
