[Closed] Revelation reducers - will they lower fork or just limit travel?

I've got a 2011 Revelation World Cup Black Box 150mm travel fork with Dual Air. Looking to reducing travel to 130mm and overall fork length. Will fitting the travel reducers lower the fork, or simply reduce the amount of travel available?
