Where's a good place to get quality replacement bearings?
And would ceramic be suitable for a hub?

You'll need a pair of 61804. You can look around but genuine hope spares are hard to beat in terms of price and quality.
You could put ceramic bearings in but why do you want to? Unless fractions of a second matter to you,I don't think It's worth the money.

Get a decent branded bearing from any supplier of them - simplybearings has been mentioned before on here but I get mine from a local engineering shop
SKF, FAG are two decent brands
