Anyone got some beta on the trail running along the East coast of Raasay? I was wondering if this made a loop possible and, if so, what the trail was like. I know there was an MTB event (Raasay Rumble) a few years ago....

I'm based on Raasay most of the year. From various adventures, the east coast path is a bit of an undertaking- some really nice sections (you can get all the way to Hallaig from Fearns or Screapadal from the road above Brochel but the bit in the middle is vague/overgrown.
Some nice trails in the woods, the descent off Dun Caan is good and could be made a loop IF its been dry for a while beforehand
