I bought one today for riding home from trails. When you guys fit them do you remove your rear refector?

yep and that silly one one the front and those ridiculous one on the wheels, but the bell can stay ......................

iirc. To stay strictly within the law a reflector is needed if rear light does not not have one built-in. Cateye do one (AU 100 i think) which meets legal requirements.

Apropos of nothing...

Tesco have their super powerful tiny back lights back in at about £2.30. That's about the same price as the batteries. Get 2 or 3 and festoon your commuter with them.

I want all the reflection / light I can get. Why would you remove reflectors on a bike used for commuting?

Those little Tesco ones are very good.I bought one recently. They are the same as the Sigma leds (I have the white version on the front)and that cost me £6 in Decathlon.
