Is this finally going to drop off the front pages? Frankly, I'll be glad to see the back of it.

If you type 'does a headset come with a crown race' into google and select UK only, this thread is only third on the list.

If you type "Probably a stupid headset question" it comes out top!

Keep at it chaps/chapettes - We will rule the world one day 😀

Did Google say whether the headset came before the crown race or vice versa?

Have we discussed competitive dentistry yet?

(p.s. for those wishing to turn the page, it's the seventh post from here - and it will be mine once again.......)

Is it done on number of posts? Do not the really long ones with lots of pictures mean we get to a new page sooner?

scary thought, from an interview with a googlebot working on scanning books into their databanks. the interviewer asked, suggestively, whether it was to allow for online reading of all books. Mr Googlebot says "Oh no, its for the artificial intelligence".... Holy crap. Skynet is coming in Shakespearean language.

Sorry, I seem to have missed out the answer to the original question.

Wouldn't that give it knowledge rather than inteligence?

Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting in a fruit salad.

[EDIT] Just occured to me, was on of the books a headset instruction manual? Maybe then we could have a definitive answer, if it gets onto google it must be true.

Whoever it was that first bumped this must be a right w4nker.

If he hadn't done it it might have just slipped away without any more fuss.

I seem to be getting a lot of american adverts here recently. That'll be Googles fault. Has anyone ever bought a Metric headset, not one measured in US of A sizes? What size crownrace (mm) would you need for that, (assuming that one was even supplied !!??) Minimum of 4 decimal places please.

It was the OP who didn't want it off the front page. 🙄

I deserve it for gallantly handling 13.

This is what happens when dentists crown race:

Take your time and do it properly.

Hmmm. That 40 posts per page is clever - I thought it was on size. OK, 15's got my name on then.

tthew - 12.5897mm. Probably.

I am not sure I understand this desire to be the first post on a page. Is it some sort of crowning moment in the life of a forum member?

Hmm...curious, the sale of a single crown race, i can see this becoming very complex indeed.

I need to have a rest after that.
