I'm going to be selling my Spesh s-works epic on ebay but want to offer more than collect in person. Any tips for with courier firm to use and what postage costs should I expect. Thanks

Personally I stick about £20 for P&P on eBay for a frame...this should cover the cost including tracking and insurance. If it ends up cheaper than £20, you can either increase the speed of delivery, ie go from 48 hour to next day, or offer the buyer a bit of a refund.

Good inclusive insurance cover and very little extra for additional cover. I used them for a complete bike recently and they were spot on.
