4 out of 5-- the winter road bike is a pile of festering rust that I fear will need some money to get it rideable again. Every spring when I get the best roadbike out I resolve to clean, grease and fettle the winter steed before I forget it for another 8 months. I never do and every year the salt and filth damage gets worse.

2 are rideable out of 5

Blue pig is ready to go as is the cross bike.
Muddy fox is nearly ready, just needs some cranks as I borrowed the ones on it for the cross bike.
Pugsley is still a work in progress.

Could also probably build another 2 with all the bits so maybe 2 out of 7 really.

3 of 3 running, (Road/FS/Commuter) but do have two spare frames, numerous spare wheels & tyres, a couple of sets of spare forks, a couple of spare rear shocks, a couple of spare sets of bars, seatposts and stems, a spare saddle and a box of spare drivetrain bits so maybe its more like 3 of 5.

5/7

Working
DH-Showroom Nick
DH2-Also Showroom
Ro-Ti- Pebble beach condition
Road thing - "quickly cleaned so the roadies can't see it's actually filthy"
Brompton - Unloved and needs the deep clean treatment

Not Working
Pitch - 100% in parts, down to bearings, spokes and hubs
Five - Needs swingarm dremle'd (stuck bearings)

This makes me think; does anyone keep workshop notes about their bikes? I can never remember service intervals for all the stuff that needs to be done, never mind the essential stuff like replacing cables and patching tubes.

5 out of 6.
Track bike is always spotless
CX is newly rebuilt in it's Three Peaks guise so that's currently spotless (until tomorrow when I ride it!)
S-Works Epic has only been ridden a couple of times since it was stripped and rebuilt with its new 10sp groupset so that's virtually immaculate.
Cove Stiffee is dirty but fully rideable and working. The front mech has an annoying rattle though. ๐Ÿ™
Langster is a bit grubby but all rideable, again, that's got an annoying creak coming from somewhere.
S-Works road bike is just missing a set of pedals so 5 mins with an allen key and it'll be rideable again.

4 out of 5 - the Orange is waiting for a freehub from Hope

Two of the others will soon need new brake blocks but they have rim brakes - how dragtastic is dealing with rim brakes after disks?

Another needs the forks sorting, but they still work.

Interesting this, I used to think that riding time divided by n bikes would equal the same amount of fettling. IT DOESN'T. It equals fettling x nbikes. How the hell does that work please?

4 out 4 but the fixie is dodgy as the chainring only has 3 bolts and one (29'er) is build in progress so doesn't count as I've only had the frame a week.

Cotic just needs pedals put back on.
Scott probably needs tyres blowing up
Ridgeback roadbike ditto
CX Bike is a frame and a pile of parts

So that makes 3 out of 4.

Evil sov ready to go, (decided it my summer bike, cause i can't be arsed to switch the tubeless small block8's)

Cotic soul ready to roll and still dirty from last sunday,(won't be out again until next weeks nite ride)

Cannondale badboy always dirty as it's my commute ride but always ready everyday,

Giant nrs2 type thingy, a mess, but rideable, hasn't been used since snow duties earlier this year ๐Ÿ˜€

the wife's specialised hardrock is ready to roll as well, she seems to be using it a fair bit at the minute,Which is nice ๐Ÿ˜‰

Wife 2/2 (but the commuter is a bit dirty)
Me 3/3 (but the HT is very dirty and the commuter is a bit dirty)

There's half a commuter in the house that's unrideable but that's because it needs to donor parts from the other one, so that doesn't count really.

Depends on what you call rideable...

i have 4(5) bikes, the fifth is the now road bike being built (should be ready on the 24th)

HT ready: to role,
Fullsuss: ready to race,
CX ready: mainly for commute,
road bike: ready on turbo trainer (that is if you call on a turbo riding)
new road bike: not been delivered yet

so I could say 3 or 4 out of 4 (and one to be deliverd)
