Ok building up a new frame with old brakes, so i need to mount a IS 160 rear brake (Hope mono) on a FF29 frame with a PM.
Does a suitable adaptor exist or i am having a failure to process mount?
there is one somewhere in the depths of the internet but PM to IS normally adds 20mm.
Giant used to do one and I think A2Z do too.
[edit]
wiggle list them but as discontinued;

or is that the wrong way round. Some manufacturers put Calpier first, others frame.
I thought you had to add 20mm too - didn't think there was space for less
yes plus 20mm is the plan, halfords have the A2Z ones in stock so i'll try them.
now all i need is a 1.5 to 1.1/8 crown race reducer for a FSA internal headset.
cheers
paul
Hope Crown race thing should sort you - it goes on the fork, and your original crown race goes on over it.
KCNC used to do an adaptor which didn't require an increase in rotor size.
Clee cycles sell the KCNC Post mount to IS brake adaptor that allows you to fit your 160mm brake without a need to increase rotor size. They also sell ones that allow you to go up by 20mm if that's what you want.
I fitted one to my PM forks to use my Hope 180mm front brake on a PM fork with no rotor size increase.
