[Closed] Pinnacle Dolomite with bigger tyres (Do it all bike suggestions)

I'm after some thoughts from the STW hive mind.

I currently have a Boardman CX comp as my commuter/general hack bike and a Giant Defy as my winter/training bike.

I like my venerable Defy but I would like disc brakes for wet days and I would like something as versatile as the CX comp but that weighs less than a small planet. I an unusual N-1 move I would like to consolidate these two into one new bike.

I really like the look of the Pinnacle Dolomite 6 [url= https://www.evanscycles.com/pinnacle-dolomite-6-2016-road-bike-EV244122 ]Link[/url] (low weight, sporty side of relaxed geometry, hydro discs and shimano groupset) but it is limited to 25c tyres with guards.

Essentially I want this but with room for bigger tyres for light off road duty, any suggestions?
