Hi all, Got some Pike Coil U Turn forks & travel adjust ain't working. When I try and wind out here is no ratchet and whole mechanism unscrews and lifts out with the spring. Any thoughts? I had left then dialled down to minimum for a few days. Thanks in advance

have a look under the U Turn adjuster (just unscrew it from on top), its possible the bearings are lodged in place therefore the whole thing is moving
