Recently had prostrate infection, still suffering in pain in perineum, (space between but and balls) and not going away.
Anyone else suffering.

Had same for several years on and off, deffo bike related as saddles and saddle position affect it and it goes when I lay off the biking. Have seen several specialist and they say manage it or give up the bikes.... still riding and managing it !!
