I'm 5,10 and have an Orange five 18inch but thinking of changing bikes. What size do you think i should go for on the Pace? Medium or Large. The Medium seems a little shorter than my Orange.
The 405 is quite short, I think, but I've never ridden a 5, so can't compare directly. I'm five nine and a half and ride a medium Pace, but my arms may be shorter or longer than yours, ditto trunk etc. And I like shortish bikes. I know it's obvious, but you really do need to try one for size.
badlywireddog is right, you're spend lots of hard earned cash, don't leave it to chance, so try both sizes first then decide.

I'm 5'10" and ride a medium RC405. Works for me.
im also 5'10" and medium is perfect for me with a 70mm stem
