Afternoon all,
Has anyone had to return an item to One Up components in the UK at all?
Bought a V3 dropper bundle and it was delivered just before my bike supplying dealer agreed to replace my current dropper under warranty.
Ive filled in the return form on the One up website and had an email saying I should recoeve a returns label within 2-3 business days but not heard anything sisnce?
I did email them saying that its my issue so I should pay the return postage but Ive not heard anything back?
No contact details on the site that I can see apart from an online form?
Any ideas?

support@oneupcomponents.com had always been pretty responsive when I've needed.Â
